W/Up 2 sets of 30 seconds Step ups, Press ups, Lunge hold calf raises, Fire hydrants
Part 1. 3 sets of 12 Singgle leg straight leg deadlift knee drive.
Part 2 . 3 sets of Bent knee calf raises with KB 15 per set each leg
Part 3. 3 sets of Glute bridges 3 X 12, Squat single arm snatch with KB 3 X 12 each arm per set.
Part 4. 3 sets of Hamstring walkout 3 X 12 per set, Single leg calf raises with KB 12 per set each leg
Part 5. 3 sets of weighted deadlifts with KB 12 per set, Short lever Copenhagen plank 30 seconds per side each set
Part 6 3 sets of Step down 15 each side per set, Standing March with band 12 per set
Part 7 3 sets of Side Planks 60 seconds each side per set, Straight leg raises 12 per set.
