Should Av Run Quicker Just hoping to get round in a half decent time. **UPDATE** , big PB, very windy day, set off too quick but managed to get round OK, threw up at just before the end. So at least I was trying.

Pricey Still recovering from injury so took the first few miles easy then worked my way through the field. Last few miles were tough into the wind but very happy with my performance. Legs starting to feel stronger.

SpuredonJay Third year on the trot and this was the worse organised, start was a shambles, no stools selling stuff, toilets had no toilet paper, finish was badly bottle necked. Organisers 2009 was perfect, need to have a look at the difference. Beat my PB, and reckon could have knocked extra three minutes off if it wasnt for the wind along the Mersey.

Bibster My first half so am pleased to have got round. Chip time actually 2.40 but doesn't take into account the age waiting for the loo at 6 mile so I've used the time from my Garmin. Nice course - hell of a head wind for the last 3 miles
