Club Sessions
Tuesday
A beginners session to go from walking to running approx 3 miles over a 10 week period (6.30 pm) and a second session (7.15pm) for those who can run, at any pace for at least 30mins where distances range from 3 to 6 miles meet at St Johns Hall, next to Morrisons, Haydon Wick. All ages and abilites very welcome.

Meet at Broome Manor Golf course,6.45pm for 7pm start...3 route options approx from 3 to 6 miles...sessions tend to be harder than tues...more hills, intervals, xc, etc..

As our club is so large and has a huge array of ability amongst our members we now longer have a fixed sunday meet point/time. Generally people make their own arrangements via our facebook page or email, and shout it out for anyone to join in. There is a specific marathon bus set of training routes available all year round that are tried, tested and well used.
