About Me
Been running regularly since March 2008. I used to play more fives than was physically possible hence a slight yo-yo effect with injuries over the years. Have binned the footy and sticking to just running and snowboarding.Did marathon 2, at Strathearn in June 2016 - awesome race. Got arthritis in my hip now (WTF) so the running is kaput. Still scraping out a snowboarding week once a year though....and lots of MT biking now. :)
