About Me
Been running regularly since March 2008. I used to play more fives than was physically possible hence a slight yo-yo effect with injuries over the years. Have binned the footy and sticking to just running and snowboarding.Did marathon #2, at Strathearn in June 2016 - awesome race. Got arthritis in my hip now (WTF) so after some rest and strengthening work will see if I can get back to 5K's and take it from there. Or I'll just take off and nuke the entire site from orbit - whatever works
