Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Stunning day
Lovely race
Very happy with that :)
Velociraptor
Beautiful course and impeccable organisation. Gorgeous weather a bonus. Ran at training-run intensity until the last two miles, when I had to do some work. Loved it :o)

Yippeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! not only did i bet all expectations to come 19th 2:16:51, but according to the results i also came 366th 3:53:45 not a bad daze work, lol. Don't remember the 2nd time around must of been on over drive, heheheh!!!! Didn't think the hill was that bad as it's reputation but the head wind was evil, lots of drafting going on.:-)
Ojo
In preparation for the Edinburgh marathon but will be putting some effort into it. Have no idea what to expect.
wrexhamrob
in 2007 i ran 3::40 - must look to improve this time - BUT weather & hills?
in 2009 i knocked 20 minutes off my time . the benefits of better training & better focus :-)
Flying Ant
New 20mile pb. Suffered with (almost) cramp from 15ish miles, must remember to use the correct sports drink in future.
herrock
really enjoyable race, tried to take it steady but the hill at 19 miles was still tough!
RFJ
Race plan (TBC) but wont be racing hard thats for sure, good solid race
-Monty-

lizogical
