Friendly club with a wide range of runners. Whether you are interested in dropping a kilo or two, training for your first 5k or even a competitive runner, there will be something for you.
The club takes part in a number of local and national runs and has its own championships. Membership of the club will entitle you to a discount in the vast majority of races.
Furthermore, the club also hosts the The Tony Barnes Sefton Park 5 mile race, which takes place in Sefton Park.
