Club Sessions
Monday
Hill training in winter, meet in Wild Gardens Road. Speed sessions in summer. Meet in Llandaff Fields opposite the rugby club. Both at 6.30.

Interval training in Bute Park, starting at 6.45 - be warmed up.

Wednesday
Track session - Leckwith. Usually 7.30pm but check the social media as sometimes this moves to 7pm. £3 members/£4 non members

Thursday
Club Run - not a fixed training session. This is meant for running at a steady/easy pace, running in a group of similarly paced runners with friendly conversation.
Starting at Llandaff RFC on Western Ave. (A48) - run starts at ~7 pm, meeting 10-15 mins beforehand
There is a choice of 5, 7, 10 mile routes to run. Most runners do the 5 or 7 mile route. Routes rotate between Summer/Winter versions.
Social session in he Rugby Club bar afterwardswith hot food and refreshments available to purchase
