Hi ,

About Me

Have been running since mid-2006 when the gym work wasn't helping to shift the excess weight anymore. By the time I realised running didn't really help much with weight-loss I was already hooked and it was too late :-)

Did my first race in Oct '06 with a 10k and six months later I was doing the London marathon :-)

I don't race a lot, but love running. After shaving off 39 mins off my marathon time in Abingdon in 2008, was going to attempt a 4hrs (or 3.59:59) at VLM 2010 but things didn't go to plan...so i'll just keep trying!

Next marathon is Sept '10 up some hills in Yorkshire! :-O (not a PB attempt by any means!)

Current Status
