oceanspirit It was cold and rainy and windy...plus I haven't really been training as I should be. I blame work. I think I have been having too many leffe's with dinner...only one per night....i think that has had a knock on effect to my running. Plus I don't run all that well in the cold. Oh well. Slowly But Shirley It's amazing how a damp soggy day can propel you along more (in a bid to 'get it over with'?!). Enjoyed the atmosphere but the weather was awful, dark and rainy.
