AJPAR Felt tired for the entire race, legs just did not really want to play today and HR was high. Still a small pb. 40th out of 2000 finishers and 4th M40. Why do these races insist on handing out water in plastic cups, you can't drink it and end up with it in your face!!. My only complaint about a very well organised race.
