Ran Norwich half and didn't feel on my best form, due to monthly cycle and heavy leg syndrome. I had to do my energy gel at mile 7 as I'd really had it, it helped but felt like I needed another one by mile 10 and felt totally exhausted. The last mile of this race was the hardest mile I've ever ran and my legs went to jelly when I stopped. I was just pleased I managed to run it all, but feel on a better of day I could have done a better time
