Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Pretty pleased with this one-(chip time 1.48.50).Ran Norwich half marathon with rken-this was a postponed race from ice in November.Combined with a good weekend with mates in Norwich.Having run 6 before race, aim was to do about 8.45 min miles tho always difficult when carried along in an organised race..Ran with rken till about 9 miles when he sent me on as leg cramping.Sore toe from about 7 miles(ie 13 miles altogether) but was on and off and able to ct running with no great problem- Mile 11 was downhill and hence too fast but corrected it in next mile and then just wanted to finish in mile 13! Used shot bloks which were great again and brilliant goodie bag at the end-crips,snicker bar etc! So am calling this 19 miles altogether today but very envious of those who did 24 this weekend. However feeling good and legs fine so hopefully am on course
