About Me
40 something, having started running in 1985, just to run the local half marathon, raise some sponsorship and then "retire" - the adrenalin rush at the finish changed my mind though and I'm still running and racing to-day!! (Update 28.03.10 first line should now read "50 and a little bit.....")
