"Probably the best little running club in the world"
We meet every Tuesday at 7:45pm at the Harwich & Dovercourt Rugby Club, Wick Lane, CO12 3TA. These evenings are primarily training nights taken by a qualified coach under the supervision of leading coach Steve Cooper.
Every year the club runs a series of 5k handicap races known (unsurprisingly!) as the Harwich 5k series. This event is open to anyone and can be won by beginners.

To become a member of Harwich Runners the annual membership fee is:-
Senior £20
Junior (Saturday only - every 2 weeks) £5
Junior (14-18 Sat & Tues) £9
The Club today has about 140 members with thriving veterans, ladies & junior sections
