About Me
After retiring from cycle racing in my late twenties,i tried many other sports,including rugby,martial arts and worked as a personal fitness trainer for years,so kept pretty fit teaching classes and keeping my clients on there toes!!
Took up running in 2009,and although i have had quite a few injuries,have persevered,to get my times down to a reasonably ok standard.....I think theres still a bit more in the tank!!!
