A local club of like-minded people who meet on a Tuesday and Thursday evening to go for runs of various distances.
Some meet on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings as well.
Purely social, no joining fees, club committee or any forms to fill in!

7pm at the cask for 10km or longer, 7.15 at the cask for 8km, 7.30 at the cask for 5km

7.30 at the cask for interval training. Winter it is held on the Adlington Industrial estate, in the summer it is held over Poynton Pool
