Honley Lion After Abbey Dash, gonna try for another PB. Just 20-30 seconds off would be at least something and a step in the right direction. Chip time gives me a PB by 28 seconds. Felt I could have done better though but not unhappy. Stainland Lions RC 44:31 47:06 48:10 48:01 62.57

LP Didn't go completely to plan. Had stomach ache (need to eat breakfast earlier), was very cold (should've worn more clothes) and was quite windy. Got a nice t-shirt though :-) Pensby Runners 42:08 42:30 42:52 70.76
Luig Flat and fast with just enough snow to keep you cool. Tilting at a sub 45 (again), confident of a 46 pb, what can I say, the wheels stayed on. Abbot and Suffolk to celebrate. Now moving the goalposts a little. Danum Harriers 39:51 43:50 46:00 43:50 63.72

PJL PBd in December with a time way quicker than expected, so it could be a tall order to beat it, especially with the wind & snow forecast. Will give it my best shot though.
Update: No snow, but it was a tad breezy on the back 5k. Never thought I'd be disappointed with 39:11, but I do feel that I should have done better. Excuses: rubbish sleep Friday night, and the beginnings of a cold. HR readings confirm that I just wasn't putting as much effort in as I did at Percy Pud (avg 185 vs 190). rf_fozzy Good run - started quickly and maintained a pretty even pace all the way through. I was hoping to take a minute off my pb, and ended up being 2min 13s quicker - happy days!
The only question is can I ever do it again? Airienteers, North Leeds Fell Runners 37:55 39:44 42:00 40:52 65.38
