Having seriously injured my knee playing football in1999, 5 operations later i still have no cruciate ligament in my left leg. My weight last year had peaked at a hefty 17 st. so having finally realised, at the the age of 35, that my dream of captaining Nottingham Forest was probably over i decided a new approach to fitness was required.
I secured a golden bond place in the FLM 2009 through the charity LUPUS UK and last September the training began!!
