Club Sessions
Tuesday
here is a choice of 4 sessions with between 30 and 50 runners in total.
Beginners / Improvers
Led by Dave O for anyone who can run 30 minutes upwards at 9 to 10 minute miling pace. There are normally 10 - 20 runners in this group, aged between 20 and 60, over half of them female.
Many of those who have joined this group have used the sessions as preparation for the Sheffield Half Marathon or local 10k races.
Intermediate
Led by Adrian and Malcolm for runners who can manage an hour at 8-9 minute miling pace. It is an ideal step up for those who started in beginners and are improving. Many of the runs are mapped and measured on the mapmyrun site.
Advanced
This group runs for up to 75 minutes at under 8 minute mile pace and is led by Allan.
Intervals
For experienced runners who want to do serious speedwork at a fast pace. As long as you have a base of steady training these sessions are guaranteed to improve your race times.
Led by Jed, Mick and Chris.

Speed Session
Same time and place as for Tuesdays, this speed session is aimed to help people improve their race times but is suitable for any runner from Dave's group onwards. Even if you are not keen on racing, it will make you a stronger runner.
