About Me
Speedwork-shy milemuncher that I am, I do a hefty proportion of my training on the commute. 3 distinct phases to my running so far ...
* 2006-2008 spectacular (in hindsight!) early progress to hit most of my PBs in 2007/8
* 2009-2011... a lot of injuries... and cycling!
* 2012-2015 lower volume and less intense, but more consistent training = slower racing, but less time out (touch wood...)
