Footpad Early days. There is a great deal of training to be done for this!

WOW! Kept the pace going at MP for 18 miles and then upped it fpr the last 2 miles. Feel sore now.... BUT IT'S TAPER TIME!!!

auburnette Had planned for 3.15, slightly off the pace due to fall at 13 miles, but the running part felt good. My gun time is probably hideous (I stopped my Garmin) because I stopped for 15 min to get sorted out with St John at 14 mi. Orpington Road Runners 2:40:43 3:19:02 3:19:02 50.74
Jonny Completed it without any pain to my lower left leg. Lost some endurance with the time off running so found it hard work. All in all, very pleased to be able to run again but it 's like having to start all over again. Unaffiliated 2:31:54 2:57:56 3:06:13 49.23
