Beginners Run. All welcome. 4.5 miles. All paces catered for. Meet at 1 by White City building/Wood lane

Tuesday Trot. 5k handicap race, based on average time over the course. If we get the handicapping right, it leads to soem great sprint finishes! Meet at 1pm Scrubs Park car park.
