2018 targets
Just get running again.

2017 targets - went out of the window thanks to a broken foot.
Come back from peroneal injury - completed.
Sub 22 5k - nerp
Sub 47 10k - nerp
Sub 1.45 half - nerp
Sub 4 mara - nerp
B2R midnight 40 miler - race called off :(
Man vs Mountain - nerp
7 laps at Equinox - somehow I made it! :)

2016 targets -

A sub 25 min 5k - 22.57
A sub 55 min 10k - 49.05
A sub 2 hr half marathon - 1:47.47
Run at least 4 laps at Equinox24 - Did 5 and a parkrun.

2016 - Overall it was a good year with new pb's everywhere. September was my first ever 100 mile month, October was going great guns and then my peroneal tendon went and so now I'm stuck on the bench :(

2015 - Had to change my running style completely in order to sove calf/shin problems, but it worked!

Also the first year that I've ever ran at least a mile in every month! :)
