I am fundraising for Alzheimers SocietyBecause this is a cause that is sadly very close to me as my mother died from early onset Alzheimers related illness at 55yo in May 2020. It affects 1 in 6 women and 1 in 11 men so will affect many, many others. Me and my sister (also a Fetchie) are riding/running 2280 miles (the length of Route 66) by what would have been our moms birthday 30/12/20 & any donation, no matter how small will be appreciated.

I have trained on and off for a fair few years now but I seem to have a body that is determined to get injured as much as it possibly can. Due to this, the new addition to the family, both me and my OH working shifts and my foray into powerlifting for a few years, my training is generally quite sporadic.
