About Me
My life was (excluding what is left of my family) shit and then I discovered running... since then have discovered cycling and swimming. The latter of which I am shit at which is a problem as I am a recent convert to triathlon. My life is still shit but I am now considerably slimmer, have an obsession about kit (lycra) and feel smug about being fit when ever other bugger around me is getting bigger and slower.
I don't want to die but guess I will have to sometime but until then I continue to aim to do the London Marathon or the Great North Run (both of which are only for old, fat and stupid people). I did VLM in 2012, my time in it suggests I was old, fat and possibly stupid when I went over the startline.
