Plan said 2 hours. Despite the fact that it was perfect conditions for a run, didn't really enjoy it. Didn't hate it, but didn't enjoy it. Legs were heavy from the start; knees hurt; lower back is sore. DIfficult and tiring work week and a lot of driving and sitting.

One time for one session this week so I did a combined one
Random warm up I found on YT. I liked this because it was follow-along, so no whooping, and each exercise was 30s with a countdown, and a little window to tell you what was next. It was just a bit fast in parts. Oliver Sjostrom 2 x supersets 10 x goblet squat x 10kg DB overhead presss x 6kg each hand Glute bridge with 10kg KB. Warm up, 10 x 1' out and 1' back off 1' rest then cool down. The only way I could get this done was to promise myself that I'll NEVER have to do intervals again. I really really hate them and life's too short to do things you hate, even if they make you fitter. I think I can manage 1' intervals, and perhaps fewer, but this session was awful. Quite pleased with the paces, though

Just a light session this week as I've got an event Sat. Basically took the exercises from both workouts that I like and did 2 x round with light or no weights. Added some time as I paused and forgot to restart (again).
