Nice recovery run. It was quite bright when I first left the house but then a mist descended. Kept the pace low because I didn't want to stress the legs.....

Thanks, Mrs Jigs. Pool was lovely. All the usual geese, swans, ducks etc. but when I paused to to say a quick hello to the gentleman who walks his beautiful collie dog we spotted a comorant in the top of one of the trees. It was fab to see that.
