Knee wasnβt very happy, so that was enough - but a few meditative lengths were nice Aerobic 2.4 load 50 - which is bobbins and based on the ridiculous hr of 145 average. Didnβt think the wrist hr was active for swim - might be active but isnβt accurate! Apparently my body fat is only 21% haha! my scales say 37% which is much more likely. I am much stronger than he was expecting when given my detailsβ¦ Battle ropes are horrid and hard work as is the ski-erg or whatever it was called. Took advantage of a special 2 month membership deal, which started onbthe 1st. Sometimes whenthe Garmin suggests a silly interval session itβs just what the head needs as much as the body.
This was supposed to be anaerobic, 6x1 min @9:15 , all the reps came out less slow and it tells me I did a tempo session *sighs* (2 and 6 short because mistook the βtoo fastβ alert for the end - hit lap when I realised. Couldnβt find 13:10 warm up pace put some surges in towards the end to wake legs up, 3 min recoveries @15:20 were walked and cool down was a knackered jog walk.
