flo73 Great run although weather was horrendous (wind, rain , cold). First hill a 5M is a real leg breaker, rest of the course is Ok. Wanted to break 70 minutes so very pleased with time, gives me some confidence that I can attempt sub 90min in Dover feb 15th. Gav despite a very uncomfortable stitch and Nick did very well too... Pneu Horrible weather, cold, raining and blowing a gale most of the way round. The Hill at 7m was horrible and from then on I just could n't wait for the yellow mile markers to count their way down. Gav and Flo were amazing, Flo coming home in just over 69 mins, so he should be on for a sub 90 for the Dover half & I suppose with getting round this I have no excuse to enter either!
