Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Using my GARMIN I stopped it over the 10k mark at 10;05 to be exact and on the road I still had about 10 seconds to go, so my chip to chip time will be over this time.

Woo hoo!
anitad
Started too fast but felt good until halfway. Had to take a pitstop then struggled to get going again. Picked up again in last mile with strong finish. Really disappointed.
pacebos
Really enjoyed this race today and to do it in under 1 hour was extrememly satisfying. Now looking for the next event to participate in.
Pricey1968
Mixed feelings, ran pb but felt I had more to offer beforehand. Ran each km under target but running on empty at the end. Will rethink training, will now have to commit to tuesday night endurance sessions as I will not get half marathon time down based on this performance.

Pleased with speed considering not been training for a shorter distance, was tired at 3km but then felt fairly strong during the middle section before tiring a little towards the last couple of km. Pacing was solid throughout though.

The plan was for an easy start and then pick up the pace and finish hard. Split in 19:15 so managed an even pace. But overall about a minute down on what I was looking for.
