About The Club
HRR is a very inclusive, super friendly club and full of really nice people. We welcome new people to come along and try us our, free of charge! We have total beginners group, suitable for those new to running.Our sessions are: Mon - Yoga & Stretching, Tues - Speed, Weds - Track (summer only), Thurs - Club Run, Sun - Long Runs. If you are new, a Thursday night session is the one you should come to. Just ask anyone how the sessions work and you'll fit right in. Check our our website for more info: www.hrr.org.uk
