In 2006 I went to watch a friend finish the Bristol Half Marathon, and found myself thinking, "I really want to do this one day". Realising that the mythical 'one day' would never come along unless I got my arse into gear, I applied for the Bristol Half in 2007, and started running. When I started, I had no idea that running would change my life. I had no idea how much better it would make me feel, or how much I would love it. I'm just so glad that I found out, because it's brilliant  |
