Qwerty I really really really want to do this faster than last year. If I can't, I'm hanging up my trainers! RESULT: PB so I'm pleased, and the trainers get to run another day! Very crowded but strangely for me & my usual cautious starts the first K was the fastest. Unlike last year I spent more time passing people than being passed, but I'm still left with the feeling that I could have done more.
