anitad Brilliant race - really enjoyed it. Much better prepared than Bath Half. Still needed to walk during last couple of miles. Think I started off too fast again (~ 10mins/mile) but this got me ahead of my predicted time. Maybe if I started slower I'd be able to keep going longer? Or starting slowly means I'd be on my feet longer so better to run faster and finish quicker??? Didn't need the loo part way round either so food/drink routine better this time too. Impossible is Nothing Dreadful race (again - a few of these recently). On reflection didn't take it seriously enough and didn't eat or drink properly beforehand, and have a cold developing.
