We are a friendly group of mixed abilities, mixed ages and mixed sex, wanting to run with others in a more social, motivating environment.
The club has really increased in popularity, and we're now able to have several sub-groups based on pace. So if you prefer an easy going jog around the Harbourside or are up for a faster run with a measure of hills thrown in, we should have a group that accomodates.
Otherwise we run in one big group with the faster runners occasionally looping back to ensure the group stays together.
