About Me

Began running in 1996 to lose a bit of weight and because I'd always hoped I might be okay at it. Took nine years to break 36 for 10km but still improving at the age of 39. Ambitious goal is 2:25 marathon this year and at VLM 2014, which hopefully might make top M40 both in UK 2013 rankings and in the London race itself..

Current Status

Working on speed and just started weight-training three times a week.
