paulhalford Decided to do this after a good run two days earlier. Thought I might be able to set a PB but time was ridiculously slow. 10km Friday and wind on the seafront were obviously factors. Others also ran nearly as slow a pace in this race than in the 10km on Friday. Werrington Joggers 15:48 16:28 17:10 75.33
toepointer Not a bad time after 10k on the Friday night, a hill race on the Saturday followed by an 11m run and then this on the Sunday. Lasswade AC 19:39 20:30 20:30 72.04
