Jenson That's my aim. Might not make it...but barring disaster, should be under 1.50. Bingo. Job's a good un. 6 mins off PB, so pretty happy with that considering skinful on Fri night and calf twinging between 1-3 miles and 10-12.5 miles. Loved the race, thought the complaints about the problems at the start seem to have been addressed. It was bit hillier than I expected but that was actually a good thing. Plenty of water stops = great. Chatted to a top chap for 4-9 miles (Sunderland supporter) so that was really nice and definitely helped 'cos the miles passed by almost without us noticing. XB I'll be aiming to get as close to 1:55 as possible. And that's what I did. Definitely a race of 2 halves - I felt very sluggish for the first 6 miles then had a couple of good strong miles then hung on for dear life for a fast finish.
