Awesome!
I didn't run all week becuase I'm a was super busy in a new job role. I wasn't expecting much at all at todays 5k so took it easy and was only 10 seconds slower than last weeks run where I pushed hard and got a PB for this year.
Maybe what ever adaptions my body is making are still playing catch up

Velociraptor
The first was as good as I expected. Heavy-legged but I enjoyed it anyway. The second was fantastic - firing on all cylinders without trying. The third was a lovely little run round the block with Princess, at her request. She ran like an angel

42 lengths of the local pool before work. Haven't run since Tuesday, but niggle appears to have cleared up, so should be fit to attempt a sub 38 10k at Kirkstall tomorrow
