Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

If that happens, I'd wager you won't be seeing much print media for quite a while either...

You're right of course FF! Notwithstanding the rest of the chaos which would occur.
What an achievement gg, wonderful news! You're already back doing what I'm still struggling to do! But still be patient.
Just over 5k this morning with some hard efforts which put me too deep into an anaerobic zone and that was just running continuously for two minutes. Almost "lights out" so slowed right down on purpose. Curiously though I enjoyed it!

Well done Steve it must be incredibly frustrating for you but it’s also great you are still out every day doing what you can many would have stopped.

I can’t believe how much fitness I’ve lost in a short time but the Allie Bailey podcast has helped me massively both on why consistency matters and why comparison is not.

Well done Steve for this mornings 5k and entering the elusive anaerobic zone!

GG, you are doing really well with your comeback. It won't be long before you are back to your previous fitness.

This morning was a solo 4 miles in the forest at an easy pace, I really enjoyed it with no repeat niggles.
