Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

it was good until the shin splints kicked in. I was running at a really good time pace too. Had to have many walks to rid my legs of the pain. But still finished with a better time on this route!!

Great even though I was out just after 7am. Just under 12miles, felt really good considering I done 10.5 yesterday. I run with a friend for a change although the talking caper might not be a good idea (joking) nice to have a bit of company.

No training scheduled for today as I am flying out to Brussels this afternoon to attend the Directory Experts Conference. I will try and get some runs in whilst there as I need to keep myself mobile before next Sunday's Great North Run.

Fantastic!! 12 mile slow run in just under 2 1/2 hours. Not puffed out, and it felt easy. Starting to look forward and feel more confident about Cardiff Half in 3 weeks now. WooHoo
