Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

About Me

I use to be a reasonable professional boxer, before I took up running for fun..

Have a look in my blog for more details about my boxing career..

I was the undefeated Southern area super-feather weight title holder,

the world junior super-feather weight title holder
And the British super-feather weight title holder.
My record was as a fighter was, won 19 and lost 1..
Then I begin my fun running career..

after sneaking under 3 hours at the virgin london marathon in 2010.

I was running at my best and was really happy with myself..
Then later that year I did suffer with ITB band injury, got it fixed and did a great time at the dublin marathon the same year, with a leprechaun costume suite on..

So 2010 was my best year for my running..
Then the beginning of 2011' it all went wrong, at first I was suffering with runners knee,

I had to get loads of treatment without success from January 2011to february 2012.

On the 17.02.2012. I had to have a operation on my knee, patella, to move apart of my patella tendon..
now just waiting and hoping it will a full recovery..
now its the biginning of the new year 2012 and i am still receiving treatment..
happy new year everyone..

Crush your enemies, drive them before you and listen to da lamentations of der wimen!!"
