Kieren Although it was flat, I found this tough. Grass was soft underfoot & the openness of it all was a bit mentally tough. I kicked waaaay to early at the end and thought I was going to explode holding on to my position. One guy passed me in the last KM but I was more than happy to hold off 2 out of 3. Not as fast as I'd hoped but seem to be getting better all the time Serpentine RC, Ealing Eagles Running Club 37:52 37:52 35:20 59.29
