Quit smoking Oct 2015, really enjoying running at the moment. 2016 was about setting benchmarks and by end of year hope to have run 2931km (which is my combined total for the previous 6 years 2010-2015.
In 2017 it will be about setting all new PB's as a VET40 runner Targets are 2:40 Mar, 76.30 half, 35min 10k, 17min 5k. And sub 5hrs at Jed Ultra
2021 hopefully set PBs at all distances

Describe your ideal run, ride or swim.
A nice long Sunday run, in the valleys of mountains, fresh air filling my lungs, views for miles and miles around, bumping into the odd runner along the way. Twenty miles plus is a must. At the end feeling tired but so happy you dont want to stop.
