Monday evenings at 7:00pm :
Meet at Balerno HS Car Park
Intermediates, jogleader led
Tuesday
Informal Hill Session. 7pm at Gowanhill or other suitable hill
Wednesday
Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm :
Meet at Bavelaw Rd carpark, Balerno
Mixed ability group: Jogleader led, 7 - 10 km at varying paces according to ability. Winter routes follow streets, summer routes are on quieter country roads & footpaths.

In-between / Intermediates group
NEW! Wednesdays now have varied sessions in addition to the normal 7-10km street runs. There is Fartlek, Intervals, Head torch runs, and Out and back Pursuits. All just to add a bit of variety to the training!

6:45pm - Track session at Saughton Track.
Friday
Friday mornings; 9am
Jogscotland + 4/6 Miles

Not really a club session...but most Saturday AMs, there are long miles done. Either in the Pentlands or on the road. Some Saturdays there is a choice. Normally c7.30s/8.00s on the road.
Sunday
Sunday mornings at 9:30am

1. Steady Improvers Group - approx 8k / 60 mins (Jogleader led)
2. Long run / hill run self-led groups - Usually 8 - 12 kilometres at 5 - 6 mins per km pace
