Set out to do 60 minutes easy minimum. The flood water on the Hayton Road had gone so I was able to go round the triangle. First three miles were into the wind. On the way up from Hayton I decided to attack the two little updulates at the Prospect end, then attacked all the rest of the little updulates coming back. Not enough intensity to label it "fartleks" rather than "base".
179 Dustbin Tempo. Epically wonky - 45.3%/54.7%. Am sceptical.
