Easy pace, but hr about 5 beats off today and shot up at slightest little incline. And thereβs a lot of hills. So last 20km I just tried to slow down to keep a reasonable hr to still be able to call it low hr run.
Felt very good though, and enjoyed the run. Very satisfying long run, felt really good all the way, not once I started to wish I was home, just enjoying the ride.
I almost kept going for the βfull distanceβ since I was no were near tired, but thought in the end, why not leave a really good long run with the feeling I can go tomorrow again. With 2,5-3% incline, I feel that my effort/pulse a normal day is very close to a run outside on a straight road with no head wind.

Lovely easy effort LR, felt very nice, pretty cold, but nice in the sun. Had to increase the HR a bit in the end cus I started to get too cold , but it was fun to run a bit faster with all that energy and get back some heat again
