Nice feeling once i got going. 3x3km in some kind of 10k speed, but much less effort HR wise.
I don't really know what to do with that. Is it good to spin you legs faster, almost like running down hill with a tail wind? Getting use to running fast with ease? Well i can't just raise angle on the treadmill even more for "resistance" either, it will change the gait or feeling to much i think. I can do this session outside on a track, but it will be with 7-10 beats higher HR for sure. It must do some good anyhow. But i think the distance and speed is very close to accurate, i've measured with different gadgets and so on.
It's just headwind, or even just wind resistant and small natural inclines and maybe less bouncy tarmac and so on that's makes out the difference.

A really pleasant and fun run, felt really strong today, until my stomach started cramping. Had issues several times in the middle, feeling really ill for quite some time.
But I handled it and it got sorted after a while, and I could finish with a good feeling anyway. Cold and a bit slippery today, and I don’t know why I keep going back to shoes I know I hate. The shoes I used today is so stiff and hard that my legs and feets where aching badly after 15km or so. They are going in the bin now.
Besides that it was ok, very slow pace but still a bit high HR?
