A bit rubbish. I ran to work (4 miles) but I find it hard to get started at 07:00 in the morning and get into my stride just as I reach the office. Anyone else find this?
Hopefully I'll have a better run on the way home.

My run was a 3k swim. Foot still injured but had to put in an endurance set and could not persuade my bored self to swim up and down the lane any longer

Red Squirrel, I'm completely the opposite hehe. Funny that.
Fatigued today but fun to blow away a few cobwebs finding little paths to follow for a while.

Interesting. Instead of running below 70% WHR I tried to run at 70% instead. Amazed by the pace that gives me. Loved it. 5 miles at better than 9s. Smashing it!

Don't panic ITG - you should have done all the base training for your mara now, so take it easy and stretch the calf to take pressure off your foot. You could well be fine by the start of the ravce and, if not, well, there's always another event. 6.5 miles in the country for me this morning - very pleasant.

Kiboshed by work. If I don't get away on time for an evening run, I'll be very grumpy.
