Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

fantastic run tonight. My hubby did what I asked him to do . I asked him to kick me out of the house no matter what I felt. So he did. I went for the run. And I feel so much better for it.

Lazy treadmill run. I *could* have gone out this evening, but it was 8.30pm and it was dark and we only have a couple of miles of different lit roads so it would have been monotonous.

Lethargic and uncomfortable. I was hoping I may have woken up after a few km but didn't and felt crap all way around. Second day in a row. Slightly frustrating as I'm otherwise fairly well motivated.

Woo hoo i actually went out for a run :-)

5 miles, some of it along the Thames path, very nice.

Some of it along the Oxford Road in Reading, less nice.
