Bliss! 15.23k (thank you, mapmyrun) in 1.27 which is pretty good for me. Run in with scary barking and growling Alsation half-way around but lived to tell the tale.
I think most of the high pertains to Clif double espresso gels (trying to accustom self as they are sponsoring marathon); waiting for the come down just after lunch. zzz....

Cracker. The promised rain fizzled out and the average pace came in at 8:18m/m. Well pleased.

Completely off topic as this run wasn't today...
Run last night was my first night run with a head torch. Took a while to get used to the perception adjustment in the false white light, but very enjoyable, although being in the woods at night felt a bit spooky...

Gentle 3 miles rather than the faster 8 miles I'd intended to do, 'cos I'm still feeling the cramp I got swimming last night.

10 miles for me. Felt a lot colder at the start but blue skies and a tad warmer at the end. 2 other runners out and about including one girl who just looks straight through you (or me?) on every occasion I've seen her.
